David is a career technology entrepreneur for the Finance and Commodities sectors; founder of six successful start-ups over a thirty year career. David was a finalist in the 2001 Entrepreneur of the year and winner of the AIM Fastest Rising Share in 2003. Responsible for the creation of several hundred technology jobs in the sector and with an excess of over £100 million in exports achieved over the years; David remains committed to deploying the very latest technology using the very best software engineering talent. David co-founded CubeLogic in 2009.

Recognised in the industry with over twenty years of experience in the architecture, development, sales and project management of software systems for the front and middle office. Lee has a strong background in the finance and energy sectors and a proven track-record of technology innovation. Lee co-founded CubeLogic in 2009.
Riyaz Mulla
MD, Offshore Operations
Riyaz has over twenty years of experience in building software products, development teams and running offshore operations. Riyaz has extensive experience in Credit Risk, Market Risk & Regulatory Compliance. Riyaz co-founded CubeLogic in 2009 and now manages Bangalore offshore services.
Roderick Austin

Roderick is a multi-disciplinary technology executive with over fifteen years of experience in the Energy and Commodities markets. By focusing discussions on what matters most, and structuring agreements and projects with the end in mind Roderick is able to maximize client value. As a sales leader, Roderick garnered praise from Energy Risk for managing a large ETRM vendor’s Asia-Pacific business, winning their prestigious Software House of the Year award two years in a row. Roderick manages CubeLogic’s Sales & Marketing activity for our American business operations.

Karl is a leader in credit, counterparty and market risk management with over 30 years of practitioner experience in the finance and energy sectors. He has held Chief Risk Officer, Chief Credit Officer and Global Head of Counterparty Risk roles at major investment banks and brokerages.
Natallia Hunik
Chief Revenue Officer
Based in Boston, USA, Natallia has distinguished herself as a “build-out, scale-up” entrepreneurial sales leader and CRO. Prior to joining the CubeLogic team in 2021 she helped lead Boston Technologies in a successful merger exit in the span of her seven years by building and developing a sales, marketing, and customer success team from the ground up. More recently, the revenue organization she built at Advanced Markets Group majorly propelled the company financially in just over 6 years. Along with her growth experience, Natallia has relevant domain experience selling software and services to equities and FX trading organizations as well as “on the ground” global business experience that spans Asia, EMEA and North America.
Rob Cook
Global Head of Operations
Rob is a career professional with 25+ years project delivery experience in the Energy and Commodities sector. Previously to joining CubeLogic, Rob held roles as Project Director at FIS for Treasury; Head of EMEA Delivery at OpenLink, Head of EMEA Energy Delivery at SunGard Energy, and; Head of IT for European Energy Trading at Amerada Hess. Rob is responsible for project delivery, consulting services and client support and drives the adoption of best practices within CubeLogic’s professional services division.
Richard Bourne
Head of Product Management
One of the original members of the CubeLogic team, Richard now Head of Product Management, providing subject matter expertise to new and existing client implementations. He has over 10 years experience in the risk management space specialising in credit risk covering energy and commodity trading.
Chris Cantle
Chief Information Officer
Chris has over twenty years of designing, building and managing software and infrastructure solutions within the consulting, automotive, financial, energy and commodities sectors. Chris joined CubeLogic in 2010 as a Senior Consultant and now heads up our cloud strategy as Chief Information Officer. He designed and developed our “RiskCubed in the Cloud” SaaS solution and leads the DevOps team in delivering great service to our clients.
David Baker
Group CTO
After achieving an Honours degrees in Mathematics and Law at the Australian National University and a Masters in Quant Finance at UTS, David began his career working in Law. After a short period he moved into the trading technology environment and more specifically in the commodities and risk management space. He has held roles such as IT Delivery Manager, Market Risk Manager and Quantitative Analyst. David’s most recent role was Enterprise Architect responsible for risk management technology at BP Trading &Shipping. David thrives on delivering technology solutions which deliver maximum value to clients.
Dipti Valji
Head of Professional Services, EMEA
Dipti has over 10 years experience in risk management software. She joined CubeLogic as a Senior Consultant and has been instrumental in the design of several Cube products including Reg Cube, Underwriting Cube and CubeWatchPL as well implementing Credit and Scoring Cube for multiple clients. Dipti is now Head of London Professional Services and manages the London services team.
Dipti has a background in Mathematics with a MSc in Pure Mathematics from Imperial College and also holds a FRM designation.
Charlie Warhurst
Chief Financial Officer
Charlie brings a wealth of experience to the CubeLogic having guided the Acuris finance organisation through a full private equity ownership cycle from carve out from Pearson Plc in 2014 to exit to ION Group in 2019, he then led the integration of Acuris into the ION Analytics finance group. During his time at Acuris Charlie drove organic and acquisitive growth initiatives, increasing revenues by 3x and EBITDA by 5x. Charlie’s focus at CubeLogic is to drive revenue growth through analytics, cost optimisation and improved working capital management.

Mario brings to us a wealth of relevant experience in running and growing technology companies. Previously he ran Sequel Business Solutions as CEO, and then Chairman, taking it from small start-up through high growth and PE investment over a 15+ year period. Sequel was a hugely successful fintech story and CubeLogic are looking to draw on his experience and knowledge to help take them to the next stage of their journey.

Most recently he has been COO at a data automation solution provider to financial services firms in the UK, US and Asia growing at 35% a year and with private equity backing. Tom has also held client operations roles for software product companies in the investment management and capital markets sectors. Prior to that he spent 15 years in consulting, mainly in financial services, after an early career in the defence industry.
